I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and dedicated 10 years to serving as a culinary specialist in the United States Navy. While my military career honed my cooking skills, my true passion for the culinary arts was cultivated through my experiences and education at the Culinary Institute of Virginia. By merging the techniques learned in the Navy with the advanced culinary training, I've developed a unique and innovative approach to cooking that reflects my deep love for the art of food. Over the years, I’ve catered a wide array of events, from weddings and baby showers to private parties and intimate date nights.
In 2022, I launched my business in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with a focus on delivering exceptional private dining experiences. As a fitness coach, I recognize the vital connection between nutrition and fitness, which inspired me to offer specialized meal prep services. Additionally, I cater to small, exclusive gatherings of 9-15 people, ensuring each event is a memorable gourmet affair.
