Absolutely! I can accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegan, gluten-free, and more. Please let me know your requirements when booking.

After we click “Book Now” on your website, what is the next step?

After clicking "Book Now," you will be redirected to the “Contact Me” page. When you get to this page you will fill out a little bit of information. After you fill this form out, I will be in contact with you within 24 hours or less.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let me know as soon as possible. I require a 72 hour notice for cancellations to avoid any fees. Details on cancellation fees, if applicable, will be discussed during our consultation.

How far in advance should I book your services?

To ensure availability and allow ample time for planning, I recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. For special events or peak seasons, earlier booking is advisable.

Do you offer delivery for Meal Prep Services?

Yes, I do offer delivery for meal prep services with a $15 delivery fee throughout the Hampton Roads area. For shipped meal preps, the delivery fee will be discussed during the consultation.
